Drove growth across the fashion and beauty ecosystem through creator segmentation, content strategy, and scalable operating mechanisms.

41.8% → 61.6%Top creator coverage
788MCampaign views
15Creators reaching 100K followers

Data Analysis

Built creator segmentation and growth dashboards around views, follower growth, and viral-content rate; identified supply bottlenecks and high-potential creators, then improved segmentation and resource matching to raise top creator coverage from 41.8% to 61.6%. Built an LLM-agent review workflow to speed up diagnosis and strategy iteration.

Content Strategy

Identified students’ summer beauty needs and independently planned the Summer Beauty Diary and Boys’ Glow-Up Training Camp. Designed creator supply, rankings, check-ins, and mentor interactions while coordinating design, media buying, MCNs, and creators. The campaigns generated 788M views, 202 videos with over 1M views, and 7 videos with over 10M views.

Creator Growth

Built a segmentation–diagnosis–strategy–resource–review growth system with differentiated actions for each creator lifecycle stage. Documented the playbook as an operating SOP, grew a core creator from 720K to 1M followers, and helped 15 creators reach the 100K-follower tier.

RedBridge

A Cross-cultural Search Assistant for Overseas RedNote Users

Overview

RedBridge helps overseas users turn natural English needs into locally meaningful Chinese search paths. I took the product from concept to MVP, tested it with 50+ overseas seed users, completed four iterations, and improved AI accuracy by 15 percentage points.

My Contribution

Owned user interviews, requirement prioritization, PRD, prompts and AI workflow, MVP development, analytics instrumentation, and user testing. Iterated on search-query generation and contextual interpretation using feedback and evaluation results.

User Problem

  • English needs do not map directly to the way local users search in Chinese
  • Overseas users often miss the cultural context behind Chinese internet language
  • Literal translation can send search results away from the user’s real intent

Solution

  • Cross-language search bridge: turn an English intent into locally natural Chinese search queries
  • AI context decoder: explain Chinese content in a way overseas users can understand
  • Use analytics, user feedback, and evaluation sets to validate and improve output quality
